CCEP Seminar Series (Apr 2024-Nov 2024)
CCEP Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner Seminar Series
Chiropractic often stresses the importance of nerve interference in the spine, but neglects that it may also occur in the extremities. The Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP) seminar series presents practical objective-based solutions for treating the extremities. The seminar series teaches how diagnosis and treatment is made simple through understanding the biomechanical functions of each joint. This simplified process utilizes muscle tests as indicators for adjusting, providing instant feedback for patients when their strength returns immediately.
The CCEP consists of seven 15 hour seminars plus an exam. Doctors are welcome to sit any section of the program for their continuing education hours without sitting for an examination. Being an expert in extremity adjusting may not be for everyone, but being knowledgeable about extremities can enhance all doctors' understanding of how easily spinal problems can be a result of poorly functioning extremities.
All classes are concluded with a written examination on that material. An overall average score of (75%) seventy five percent through the seven classes will qualify you to sit for the practical exam. Seminar attendees are required to successfully complete all seven courses offered to be eligible to take the final practical evaluation.
Life West has partnered with the Council on Extremity Adjusting (CEA) to offer this series. Life West hosts the courses and provides continuing education credit. The CEA administers the final exam and awards the CCEP certification.
