HOW do I set up an account?
You can set up a Life West CE account by clicking Register in the top right hand corner of this page followed by Create New Account. Once you have entered the required fields, you will receive an automated welcome message and can begin immediately searching for, and purchasing Life West seminars. Online on-demand seminars are available to you on the site immediately upon purchase.
*It is ESSENTIAL that you register the account under the name of the actual participant in the activity. Participant’s accounts will include attendance certificates and training materials. We cannot issue certificates for non-registered participants.
HOW DO I LOG IN?
You can log in to the Life West CE site anytime from any computer by clicking Log In at the top right corner of the page and entering your username and password.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD?
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, OR OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You can edit your personal information by going to the home page (ce.lifewest.edu) and logging in to your account. Click the My Account link on the top right hand corner of the page and click the Edit tab to update your personal information.
WHICH BROWSERS WORK BEST?
Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the preferred browsers.
WHAT IF I USE INTERNET EXPLORER?
Some Internet Explorer users have reported issues logging in. If you do not have access to another browser and you receive an Invalid Session error when attempting to log in, close Internet Explorer to clear the cookies, reopen Internet Explorer and log in again.
How do I search for seminars?
You can search for specific topics and formats by utilizing the Catalog tab above. The Catalog page will display a catalog of all upcoming live and online seminars.
How do I register for seminars?
Registering for seminars is as simple as clicking the Register tab on any seminar and clicking Add To Cart. Once you have added a seminar to your cart, you can finalize your transaction by clicking Checkout and filling in the remaining information along with your payment method.
How do I cancel a registration?
Please contact the Postgraduate & Continuing Education department at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your registration.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY CERTIFICATE?
After you successfully complete a webinar, you can immediately download and print your certificate(s).
For easy reference, a transcript of your course history and certificates are maintained in your Life West CE account and can be conveniently accessed and reprinted anytime from any computer. Log into your account and click on the My Account section. Select My Activities and then the Completed Activities button to view a list of all courses that you have completed.
