Online Course Navigation

Purchase and Check Out

1. Navigate to our Online Course Page and select course. 
2. Click the REGISTER tab then click ADD TO CART (teal button). 
3. Click CHECKOUT (teal button).
4. Fill in the BILLING INFORMATION then scroll to the very bottom and click CONTINUE CHECKOUT.
5. Scroll down and click SUBMIT ORDER.
6. On the ORDER COMPLETE page, click "View course page" or "Take course now".  

Access Your Course

1. Navigate to the Continuing Education Website. 
2. Under the MY ACCOUNT tab at the top, select MY ACTIVITIES.
3. Select the tab "Pending Activities"
4. Scroll down and click on the course name to access your course. 
5. Click the GO TO COURSE tab and select the teal button GO TO COURSE. 

Navigate Through The Course

1. Use the teal buttons located in the bottom right hand corner to navigate through the course. 
2. Alternatively, use the left side menu bar to navigate through the course. 
3. ONLINE ETHICS AGREEMENT
   1. Type in all the states your licensed in.
   2. Click the (circle) button agreeing to our online course terms.
   3. Click the teal SUBMIT button.
4. FLORIDA PHOTO ID
   1. If you are NOT licensed in Florida, click no and then SUBMIT.
   2. If you are licensed in Florida, click yes and follow the instructions to upload a photo ID. 
5. COURSE VIDEO
   1. You must stay on each course video page for the designated amount of time
   2. Then REFRESH your browser web page.
   3. You may then proceed to the quiz. 
6. QUIZZES
   1. Answer 80% correct to move to the next module of the course. 
   2. If you fail the quiz, click the teal RETAKE QUIZ button. 
7. PROGRAM EVALUATION
   1. We appreciate your feedback on our courses. 
8. CREDIT
   1. Select your state then SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM and click the teal SUBMIT button.
9. CERTIFICATE
   1. You can then download your certificate and save it for your records.
   2. Your certificate will remain in your account for 3 years. 
10. To access your certificate again
    1. Navigate to the Continuing Education Website. 
    2. Under the MY ACCOUNT tab at the top, select MY ACTIVITIES.
    3. Select the tab "Completed Activities".
    4. Scroll down to find your course.
    5. On the right side of the course name, click "Download".
